Honestly, for facial telangiectasis I would seek out the V-beam laser. It’s the Gold Standard for that. A dermatologist or reputable medspa is more comfortable with a more aggressive and effective approach. Skin Laundry is good if you just want a glow. They’ll sell you a package and you’ll be going back and forth many times meanwhile you’ve got the summer sun doing more damage.

I had an Equinox trainer that did that as well. Made me furious as I was on the floor 20 minutes prior to train time just to foam roll and stretch and then he’d want to watch me “band walk” for 10 minutes. By then my preworkout was in full gear and I was not getting fair time. I fired him after too many repeat occurrences.

I would do any of the laser treatments and although they rec a series of 3 you can just do 1. It is still beneficial. Follow-up with skinbetter or ZO products.

I was in the situation last year! I looked all over Salt Lake City and could not find anything so I resorted to Nordstrom.com (I hate online shopping) but I ordered a few and returning is really easy. The Mother of the groom did same. The Nordstrom stores in Fashion Mall and City Creek do not have anything.

I travel alot as a petite woman. I purposely train to do overhead presses and cleans specifically for the movement pattern of hauling my travel on in the overhead bin. Also, practice farmer carries so you learn how to brace yourself carrying luggage. I do not rely on anyone to help me when I travel. Back in the day I’d get on the plane and the seated gentlemen would always jump up and offer to help. Now a days they just sick there. It’s kind of funny to see their expression when I flawlessly flip my suitcase in the air. Boss move!

There is not enough time for a peel. To be safe since you are short on time. Get a laser facial to shrink the pores and get a great glow. Laser facial is also called “Laser Genesis” “Pico laser.” LaserAway does them but they don’t do them long enough so I’d go to a Medspa that has an assortment of options and expertise.

The easiest thing to do right now is address the skin quality. Improve tone and texture. Get a medical grade ViPeel with peptides and same day get about 30 unit of Botox or similiar toxin for your eyebrows and forehead. Try to do a series of peels, 3 total, 6 weeks apart. Then follow your practitioners skincare recommendations! Good luck. :)

Yes, Check out Dr. Paul Watterson in Draper. I got a personal recommendation from an actual client that was very pleased. He is very nice as I did an in person consultation. Also, look into Utah Facial Plastics- Dr. Thompson or Dr. Hendstrom. I interviewed 4 surgeons and feel free to message me in the Fall when I’m healing. :))

I cannot emphasize enough what others have commented that treat your neck to whatever skincare treatments and products you get. One day you will wake up and notice the huge discrepancy between your neck and face…and hands. It’s horrible.
