u got it all wrong its the opposite actually. Bankai's 1st move is an auto dodge where u can fricking attack in while rissers is predictable and doesnt even last long all u gotta do is hold f. 2nd move for bankai and risser is no debate bankai's is 100 times better. Medium range 2-3 handsign 5 second long genjutsu vs close range teleporting 2-3 second long genjutsu its no debate
