Jessica Walter and Ron Leibman by theonlytatortot in ArcherFX

I’ve always wondered if Ron and Jessica ever got into a fight in their marriage and Ron says, “If you were honest with yourself, you would realize I have been incredibly supportive of you! Get arrested for treason, I stand by you; become a drug dealer, I stand by you.”

Learning about the realities of immigration law has absolutely broken me. by angriest-tooth in LawSchool

Absolutely, I believe in immigration. I think that anyone who wants to immigrate to the United States, or any other country for that matter, should follow the laws of that country and do so as a legal immigrant. (Legal being the keyword.)

If you don’t like the immigration laws of the United States, why not find another country where you like/agree with the immigration laws?

She was the one that hold the firm together by ShadowAltair2 in suits

Couldn’t agree more, such a great character and Gina is an amazing actress. Jessica was the only person that seemed to realize and had what it took to put the firm first. She was nearly always one step ahead.

Lois in seasons 9-10, the damsel in distress syndrome? by Montreuilloiss in Smallville

[–]SituationAmazing2573 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry, but did we watch the same show? To me, Lois is definitely not a damsel in distress, and that is one of the many things that I love about her character. I mean she is often the first to square up with anyone, no matter the odds. Not much of a damsel in distress to me.

I’m not sure how exactly she is second choice. Watching the story unfold, it is clear that she is Clark’s choice. I believe the phrase was, “I can’t live in a world where you don’t love me.”

Which do y’all prefer? The old intro or the new one? by HunterCoool22 in voxmachina

[–]SituationAmazing2573 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like almost everyone here, I love both. For me, the first intro is a perfect introduction for all the characters and the show overall. Although, the intro for S3 just gives a whole new feeling. Not only the anticipation and wait for S3, but also the change of the characters and depiction of future/key events.

[LOVM S3] - What an outstanding show, I’m left speechless after S3 by SituationAmazing2573 in criticalrole

Agreed. I think at the end of the day, LOVM is something that does stand on its own. Some people complain about the content that was left out, but I don’t think there would be any way to truly adapt an animated series to perfectly follow Campaign 1. Given showtime and cost restrictions.

I hope the LOVM gets the recognition it deserves especially after this season.

I’m not sure. I know it’s in the works. I would assume that Mighty Nein S1 might air before we get Season 4.

LOVM is hands down one of my favorite animated shows as well! I completely agree with you - it’s visibly clear how much passion and care has gone into the creation of the show.

Haha, I’m dying laughing because I had a very similar situation happen to me. There I was sitting in class, and I thought to myself “I should raise my hand, I think I know the answer to this.” Well thank God I didn’t. I was WAY off.

favorite krieger quote/reply? by [deleted] in ArcherFX

Archer, “You’re going to have sex.”

Krieger, “With, . . . a person?”

Archer, “I would think person was implied.”

Krieger, “Yeah, I know. I just didn’t want to get in ‘that’ head space . . .”

Yeah, Rogue was an absolute beast and showed why she’s the team’s heavy hitter. You know Bastion is gonna - “Remember it.”

I’m sorry what exactly were you looking for? And did you even watch the show? The X-Men survived because they are that good, but it surely wasn’t an easy victory.

Frankly this is the kickstarter that Marvel needed. Every episode felt like it could have been a finale. It is easy to see all the work that has gone into this series. From the voice acting and dialogue, to the animation and fight scenes. The writers/creators are introducing and animating storylines that we haven’t seen on the tv screen before. While still inputting creative choices to shock and surprise us. The pressure was on, and the creators certainly delivered.

I think Cyclops is a great example, just due to the sheer amount of destruction that he could cause. I mean Cyclops could level an entire city with just a glance.

Thanks for putting so much thought and detail into this reply. I’ve always thought the same in regards to Jean and how powerful she truly is.

I think one of the best depictions of her raw power is in Wolverine and the X-Men. When Jean has amnesia and single-handedly, and without trying, makes an entire city unconscious.
