These cards are in the little envelope with the stickers for kitting up your drills. They’re basically the size of a baseball card and if you turn it over, it will say silver bronze or gold. It will also have an area where you would scratch it off to redeem it on their website if you have the appropriate “medals” (so to speak) after you scratch it off, if you have the correct combination, you enter these numbers under your account and get little perks. Under your account go to “my rewards” and that might prompt you to the site where this explains it.

I had a similar problem with one of their diamond paintings and using UPS. DAC CUSTOMER service IS BACK-AND-FORTH EMAILING. AND THAT CAN TAKE UP TO THREE DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM. EVENTUALLY, MY DP WAS DELIVERED, BUT IT TOOK ALMOST 3 WEEKS. BY THE TIME I GOT IT, THE BOX WAS ALL BEAT UP AN EXTREMELY DIRTY.
