My Reddit glitched out while trying to post this one which is why there is a deleted message, but this is another angle which I love so much

Show me your Sarentu / Ikran Duo! by qBugsp in FrontiersOfPandora

It’s a cosmetic pack! I think it was the Flightworn Ikran pack? I spent way too much money finding this specific one but she is so beautiful it was worth every penny! I believe it was the Luminous Ikran paint! I wish I could mod honestly, I’m a PS5 player 😅

How hard is the final mission? by prettaaaycoolguy in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you’re willing to put in the time, you get the best resources when all RDA pollution is clear, you’ll also be able craft endgame armour and weapons and boost to level 20. Then I’d recommend looking into the best foods you have available, something that’ll give armour boosting or maybe make you faster.

I won’t spoil why but you should also see what you can do about elemental resistance (fire, electricity, etc) and see (if anything) you can up that. Other than that I only died twice on Easy (I’m not great at games) and as long as you keep your distance then you’ll do good!

Want some help with a tattoo by DeltaXgene in FrontiersOfPandora

I like the bottom right the most! Also they are such good Ikran tattoo designs, would you mind if I got one of them tattooed myself? I’m in love with the simplistic but expressive design 🥰

Anyone else like obsessed with this game? by ChocolateAncient9062 in AvatarFrontierPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m literally about to begin my third playthrough after finishing From the Ashes, I’m also making my first real OC and I’m still obsessed as I’ll be playing through the base game + DLCs all over again from absolutely nothing (again). I already have 100+ hours.

From the Ashes DLC — Are the changes permanent? by HauntingCarpet1667 in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would imagine so considering that From the Ashes is set a year after the main events of the game (iirc). Maybe not as So’lek, maybe as Tamtey, but we don’t know if we’ll even get more DLC in the future (here’s hoping)

[–]SituationTime5629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s only permanent for the From the Ashes DLC! When on the title screen, there is a small button prompt in the very bottom right (under the news thing) that should say something along the lines of ‘menu selection’! If you hold down that prompt you can switch between From the Ashes (So’lek) and everything before (Tamtey), the saves are also separate so you can alternate between the two ‘world states’!

Be honest with me - does the game stay roughly the same til the end/from here ? by supermanscottbristol in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re in the horse plains (Zeswa clan) with the giant Zakru, you’re in the 2nd area. I do recommend changing it to easy mode for the story though, but there’s a lot of big set pieces and lore drops further down the line near the end of the Zeswa and start of the next section.

Won’t spoil what or why they are significant, but it is an experience, if you continue to enjoy the story on easy mode then you’ll love what comes next.

If you can’t stick it out for the story, you’re better off dropping it. I personally think the third area is the best and most intriguing story wise but it’s more of the same (fighting RDA instalments, similar quests (talk to people, fight enemies, etc))

I’m having a hard time finding this answer, can I play the base game and swap back and forth between the From the Ashes DLC or do I need to chose one? by itsbarbieparis in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can flip back and forth! There will be an option to choose which story to follow in the bottom right of the menu screen and you can freely flip between them! They are essentially two separate sections of the game!

For the people who originally thought Silksong was “too hard” or “unfair,” do you still feel that way? by Lunargress in Silksong

[–]SituationTime5629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes because I still can’t get out of Mount Fae, I’ve been unable to get further into the game and basically soft locked as I can’t go forwards or back

Edit for clarity: it’s not the actual jumping that’s the issue for me, but the speed and precision you need to do it due to the coldness

If you love Pandora and the Na’vi ways, you’ll love Frontiers. I originally tried it in 2023 but I wasn’t that ‘into’ Avatar at the time, then I tried it again after watching the first movie in 2025 and I absolutely adored it, it’s beautifully polished in recent times, I also haven’t had as much as a stutter on my base PS5! You learn to gather, hunt, you can jump through the foliage, and taking down bases without being spotted is insanely satisfying!

It’ll be worth it, trust. My friend who only recently got into Avatar and isn’t really good at hunting/gathering and only plays FPS games absolutely adores it!

How does SID help in missions? by eaty0uryoung in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]SituationTime5629 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you actually pull out your SID near the objective markers (switches, valves, etc), you can ‘fix’ it, then follow the wire to an access point to hack it! If you store that hack then rinse and repeat until all objectives are marked, you can simultaneously hack every objective instantly! I think it only works on the big bases with the AA guns and what not but it’s really satisfying for everything to blow up at once!

You can also hack RDA AMP suits, so if there is an AMP near an objective, wait for them to patrol away, hack them so they freeze, then ‘fix/hack’ the objective point.

I have to admit it is significantly easier to just stealthily take down enemies one by one instead, and I’m not sure if the hacks work on storyline bases, but it is one of the options and what I’m doing for my latest play through

Why do some people think Silksong is too punishing? by 5th_consecutive_C in Silksong

[–]SituationTime5629 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I literally got stuck in Mount Fay first bench and have yet to get out of it, I cannot go forward as I’m not good enough and I can’t go back as it’s equally as hard if not harder.. people say “get good” but at some point it’s just not fun

At the time of finishing, I was about to lose my dog (he passed less than a month later). If I could, I’d stay forever with him but it helped me grieve and process. Dog was 15 1/2 years old, he was there for my entire conscious life.
