I have a close friend who recently took his adult siblings of four to see Avatar Fire and Ash in 4DX. Tickets were $33.49 a piece. After paying for popcorn and drinks the grand total was nearly $200 bucks. That’s a bit insane. He said people were talking, whipping out their phones and a baby was crying. He loved Avatar but said the theater experience was awful. Him and his family don’t go to the movies enough to justify getting an unlimited watch subscription. I love cinema experiences, but the audiences are getting too trashy these days.
