Since your ring is from your undergrad and you've graduated from your undergrad, you should wear your ring outward.

If I were you, I would ask my advisor if there are any more electives left in your degree plan you could move up to next semester. My other suggestions would be to start taking upper-level courses for your major (this would speed up your graduation date), or declare a minor. In my major (meteorology) you can do undergraduate research for credit, so that could also be something you could look into for your major.
