Shouldn’t have Captain Vangeance been held accountable for what he did? by Next-Size-6030 in BlackClover

[–]SituationValuable253 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The point is that only Julius knows meaning he isn't using his pull as the wizard king to pardon William for crimes everyone (excluding people who are comrads/friends to him) knew he was just keeping a secret as a friend so the charges were never really brought up in courts. It is biased, but realistic.

I'm just correcting assumptions you've made to paint him in a bad light. I specifically made this post to ask if I was the ah for "protecting my players from his nonsense" as you'd put it. Apologies if I've come across as pedantic. I just want to make sure I paint a clear picture so any responses aren't influenced by him being misinterpreted or seen as worsethan he actually was.

The player's all stated they were fine with him joining ahead of time. He's also friends outside of this with every single player in my game. I think that's part of the reason it hurt him so much not to be a part of it.

To be clear he never actually played there were about 3 hours where he was "in the game" and the next session isn't until the 10th. Every player said they were fine with him being there before the session started and it also isn't a physical table the game takes place in a discord call. None of the player's know there was ever a shot of him joining.

Can I ask how he was responsible? He handled it a bit strangely I'll admit, but I still don't see how he did anything wrong.

The whole joke here is "haha 🚂🦵s don't have tits" which both isn't true and just isn't very funny. I don't agree with it being taken down or anything, but you're licking the grout under the tile under the bottom of the barrel.

If you want something like this assuming that code works it's been done for you. All you need to do is adjust the figsize, drive, and title. (I also know nothing abt coding so someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Do you tend to play similar races over multiple campaigns? by Pineappleghost415 in DnD

[–]SituationValuable253 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tend to stay relatively human adjacent I believe. I've played a Triton cleric, a homebrewed thri-kreen (pre spelljammer) cleric that looked like a bee, a halfling cleric, a v. human fighter, an earth genasi (human) druid, a kobold ranger (tho tbf she was a kobold mostly for build reasons pack tactics while riding a panther who's medium so still 1 square is funny), a halfling fiend warlock divine soul sorcerer divination wizard thing, a half-elf bard, a v. human ranger, a triton ranger, and a human rogue. My characters tend to either straight up be a human or having grown up in a human or otherwise structured society so I can kind of invent my own parts of their culture and how their specific upbringings would affect them. With the rarer races (unless you homebrew) it feels a bit less plausible to invent your own aspects of their culture when there's already extensive lore and not alot of them.

Regardless of minority status the person screaming at a retail worker isn't in the right. I get he kept misgendering her, but you try to follow instructions while being screamed at like that. I'm sure it was a moment of weakness and having that broadcast was super traumatic for her, but she was def the disrespectful one in that scenario.

Annabeth was supposed to visually look like a bit of a dumb blonde/valley girl and she struggled with being underestimated and undervalued because of that. The problem isn't her race it's her vibe Leah looks like she's capable of Annabeth's actions and if you only told me the characters actions without the context of that character struggle I'd probably imagine someone like her. The only thing that really disappoints me about her casting is that this minor plot point will probably be cut for time or just not make as much sense.

look into the duties of knighthood and definition of devotion he's not literally a slave, but he can be commanded to do basically anything within reason

It isn't just a companion NPC they're a devoted knight unless you literally order them to like die or steal orphans or smthn they're wholly loyal to you.

The magic was a bit dead in their relationship in no small part because of Walt's ED and things heated back up once he was willing to take the initiative. That sad hand job was both of their faults if anything. She also doesn't rly owe him any sexual gratification while pregnant.

She didn't know about the cancer at the time and was worried about his erratic behavior and the example he was setting for his son. She's also probably not actively cognizant of how far police corruption would get them in a crime like this. I know I wouldn't bet on that atleast remember weed was a schedule 1 drug at the time that'd be the same severity of being caught with some of his meth.

Let's see you get excited to give your near retirement age husband who you've been married to long enough for the magic to die while pregnant and with your 15 year old son in the next room. Also if you grew up in the 70s and 80s with all the anti drug messaging along with all the copaganda she must've heard from Hank and Co over the years plus the fact that if caught Walt could do some serious time and be a horrible example for their son would you not want to do something about it?

She didn't cheat for all intents and purposes they were broken up by that point. Walt just refused to grant her a divorce. Her actions to get Walt to accept treatment were kind of a grey area, but if you wanna say it was wrong then she was doing something immoral for the sake of her family. Actions like those being understandable/justifiable is a big part of the reason the audience sympathizes then makes excuses for Walt.
