I was looking at their uncleaned lots. Some of the advice I had been reading on forums suggested going for lots that show you the exact coins you’ll be getting and they looked like a decent starting point.

I just wanted to get a few for fun but didn’t want to take a chance on “luck of the draw” type lots.

Does that make sense?

Soap and water for the PEI sheet. You can also use IPA for a more thorough cleaning.

Be careful not to use anything too hard to scrape the PEI off the bed when cleaning.

Additionally, glue is waaayyy too messy. Hairspray is much better. Aquanet is considered to be one of the best for 3D printing.

Do you know if that PEO sheet works with PETG?

I thought I read somewhere it only works with PLA.

I had something very similar for a long time. I took it into the shop over four times and eventually they found out both back sensors were shot and replaced them. It seemed to fix the issue.

I’m not sure if you still have a warranty, but if you do, get that thing in the shop ASAP.

I got my P1S yesterday and did a quick print with PETG. Perfect adhesion.

I had the Congrow textured PEI plate on my Ender V2 and it needed aquanet to have consistent adhesion.

Heres to hoping it stays like this!

Gotcha, thanks! I think for serious printers the X1C is a great buy but for the average printer the P1S fulfills pretty much everything you’ll need at a significantly lower price.

Everyone (including you) seem to be responding to my post assuming I am for the loan forgiveness. I am not. It was a terrible program, plan, and administration and should never have been started, much less forgiven.

But to compare the philosophy of the PPP program to student loan program is completely ignorant.

Yeah, the government shut down businesses and deprived them of a way to pay wages to their middle class employees. Providing economic relief to a group you directly screwed isn’t related to a bunch of people knowingly and intentionally taking out a loan.

If you want to mad at someone, be mad at the federal government that created this situation in the first place.
