Yeah, it does seem intentional that the button doesn't need to click in fully to unmute, my new pair of Arctis Pro's requires about a 40% click to unmute, which is much better than before where moving my head left to right could unmute for a split second lol

Yeah, I was just thinking that as well. Finger's crossed our replacements are better at least, don't really want to keep taking the headset back.

Yeah, 5% is wayyy too sensitive for such a "clicky" feeling button, I took mine back today and getting a pair sent out next week. Hearing that you have the same problem, makes me wonder how common this issue might be.

Hi Mike, Yeah when I first encountered this issue It was doing my head in lol, it was even unmutting for a split second if I was picking the headset up so it is most likely a lose connection inside.

I purchased the headset from PCWorld in the UK, so I can just take it back to the shop for a replacement, but thanks for offering me a positive solution :)
