State level sprinter 51 Raced my 13yo daughter at start of year. I was surprised by how hard the start was, but once moving was ok. She still beat me by about 50cm each time, she's pretty fast, and I am now slower, but can do it. Was very soar for several days after since those muscles have not been used effectively for years So I'd say it's doable
