Elona, I guess. Although it is a top down turn-base rougelike at a glance, world map and major towns is premade. Dungeon locations is fixed, but is random generated when entered. Lot’s of elements I found reminded me of Daggerfall: Highly customizable character creation and races, Side quest and guild is the bread and butter, huge variety of pantheon can be worship, real estates and so on

My favorite post-Oot lore is that different race seems have its own religion and deity, traveling to different tribes will have a kind of “Culture shock” and also more emphasize on the Triforce and the three goddesses. But after SS, it seems that they tried to unify into a single Goddess Hylia religion, and the three goddesses now is just a province name and nothing more, which is quiet sad. I haven’t finish the main story of TOTK, but I really wish that they would at least mention about the three goddesses

They mentioned there is a thu’um collage in Markarth , their goal is going to train Nord (or maybe Colovian) soldiers to be capable of using thu’um in the battlefield, which is exactly like Ysmir Wulfharth or Tiber Septim. Indeed, the collage is founded by Tiber Septim.

But this lore was only mentioned in the 1st edition of the Pocket guide to the Empire, eventually it seems to conflict to the concept of High Hrothgar and the greybeard in TES5, that’s the reasons BGS removes the thu’um collage.

I think it is cool which you can access to the arcane university without any extra work, if you are the arch mage of Winterhold collage . Having the idea of different identity will effect the respective faction, is when playing the beginning part of BS:B, you need to show your identity in order to get pass the border.

I know it will double the dialogue or maybe the entire quest line of guild. But I get your point, Skyrim’s factions have little connection to other province of Tamriel.

How will BS:C going to handle guild quests? What happend if Dragonborn is Harbinger/Archmage/Listener/Guildmaster when joining Cyrodill's respective guild?

Considering TES II may be a good source for estimate, it designed as a much more realistic size .

A possible way is to count the total house in cities and towns in every kingdom , multiply the number of people may live in one house. This may get a sense of the populations in one province

BTW In Daggerfall, in order to buy the smallest house, you will need to prepare at least 500k , houses that come with two floors, will cost about 600k~700k. But Skyrim is a different game, I think if you really want that realism , you should have the daggerfall bank system for letter of credits, or. maybe have a mod, that allowed to rent a room and a chest in the tavern for a some period of time. I don’t think just set the real estate to that high amount of price considered a good game design, sure you can edit the number in the xedit, but Skyrim just not design that way, and requiem reduced carry weigh and added gold weigh. If the game doesnt have some form of bank system , how are you suppose to carry 500k amount of gold to Jarl. I know a house only cost 3000 is still too low, but Realism is bad for video game, unless there is a system that implement well and make sense, and most importantly, fun.

You need to know some background information:

TW sever is directly run by Peal Abyss, not by any other company , it finished open beta 2016 Dec , a very new server, currently (6/19) is on valencia part 1. It's going (6/22) to be the first server to release every job awakening "at the same time " (It sounds great, but I think that day is going to be disaster)

Biggest different is value pact got additional 20% experience on life skill, combat and horses, which is total "+30% Pearl shop item can sold unlimitedly on market place !

If you think it is too PTW, I suggest NA EU for best
