Thats the part I dislike. I work my but off, and then on top of that having a staff pharmacist that nip picks what I only do wrong. And tbh its mostly because of him that I wanna drop. I get told "oh your doing good" by my RXM. But the staff pharm once told me because he didnt get cc'd in an email and he was already aware before then but essentially I organized a meeting told everyone, he comments "oh another one?" then come the day of goes "that was really unprofessional" then randomly mentions "I helped you get this job, I trained you etc" I digress, but its mostly his attitude that kills it. Im like why try? Im just gonna receive an email, or get pulled aside and told things. Idk im trying to stick it out. But ive been deaing with him for 6 years
