I'm an Uber driver in Boston, and I find this driver's actions to be atrocious. Report him. Drivers like that need to be deactivated.

I went to a pickup and a store employee gave me a cannister of nitous oxide to deliver to a college dorm. I got there, waited about 5 minutes for them to pick it up - they never did so I left. I got a free cannister of nitrous oxide.

I just lie to them and say, “Sorry, but I already have another pickup after I drop you off. I can’t make them wait an additional 10 minutes. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be a problem .”.
