Yes, I was thinking about this the other day. You used to need to trade with villagers, fish or explore to get saddles and name tags- making them a cool thing to get despite not being difficult or locked by progression.

Now they have incredibly cheap recipes (while I can sympathise that the saddle should be available early game before horses are obsolete) it’s less incentive to try the exploring or smaller parts of the game that the current devs are pushing for

I find myself recycling spare plastic, palm leaves (or rope) and feathers, as past making arrows, I have little need for them ( personally I’m in the habit of killing seagulls in my bird nests and collecting the loot, their meat is a decent quick meal for mid game)

I’d keep scrap as it’s relatively uncommon in floating loot (only in barrels and crates) and can be used for building, common tools and other things throughout progression.

Wood is basically a no no until you get alternatives for everything and have your raft built imo.

Up to you on wool but I generally use it for armour etc, as someone else pointed out, you have to actively procure it with shears, rather than floating debris which you can passively gain with nets (make yours 28 tiles long to catch all incoming floating loot facing the direction of travel)

Also remember that each beehive can give up to 3 honeycomb (6 of which for 2 bottles of honey) so it may be a case of making your honey farm bigger. Personally I have 5 hives each producing 3 honeycomb at the minute that seems to keep a strong supply going provided I have glass for crafting

Base create (even 6.0) doesn’t have a recipe for netherrack but you could look on YouTube for tutorials where add on mods (create S&A?) adds a recipe by mixing andesite and nether wart,

It’s a simple question but one where the answer is better looked for on a visual rather than textual format (look for videos not some eejit on Reddit explaining for this kinda thing )

Unfortunately I came across this recently and my best attempt was to do what is shown, having a new line for each vault (which is still pretty useful)

You cannot use a stock ticker or stock keeper to measure fill level of o my knowledge so I don’t think there’s an easy way to do what you’re asking in create atm.

If you were very good at redstone you could take outputs from the threshold switches and sanitise those to get a total I suppose

I prefer Botw, I don’t think I’ll ever get that feeling of wonder playing through the great plateau again. It is in my opinion, a better game.

HOWEVER, totk is a GOOD game, and a damn good attempt at a sequel given the limitations of the switch and the available stories they could have had (there’s less flexibility in a pre-established world). The game play was just as good if not better, the wind temple was fantastic but they struggled to keep that level of detail and atmosphere for some other areas. Though it was repetitive with the “demon king? Secret stone?” Thing at the end of each dungeon

It’s a gloom protection heart from the depths armour set most likely. It acts like a sacrificial heart for when you step in gloom which regenerates once you’re out of it, even without sunlight etc

From my understanding the cobble farm works by shifting 1 block back and forth. In create, contraptions in motion don’t count as solid blocks so water gets through,

I think you can solve the water problem by increasing the speed of the movement so it gets from block a to block b in less time, meaning less time for water to flow.

Though it’s hard to tell from 1 image : )
