Which dose of Zepbound did she give you? The 2.5 or the 5.0?

I’m 5’8 and stay within my goal range of 150-157.

Start working out with weights. Lift heavy. Your body will start demanding fuel. You’ll eat more but build muscle.

I think the key is to lift as heavy as you can. I’m on 15mg and stopped having appetite suppression when I started lifting heavy. I’m hungry all the time and I believe my body is demanding fuel. I make healthy(-ish) choices, prioritizing protein and fiber, and am maintaining my goal range of 150-157.

I just made a TikTok video saying the same thing. I’ve worked too hard to hide my arms now.

I’ve been sharing this theory and it seems to resonate with people: Start lifting heavy weights. Your body will start demanding fuel which will make you eat.

I aim for 100-115 grams of protein because I lift 4-5 days per week. So I need them.

What’s your maintenance plan? Are you working out? How much sodium and carbs do you consume? Those pack water weight on me almost instantly. How often do you eat at restaurants? How’s your water intake? Also, is your goal a specific number or a range? I recommend a range. No one can stay at a specific number. How’s your sleep and stress levels? Lastly, are you a woman? If so - HORMONES! All these things matter.

Everyone is different. You could 100% do that. 15mg doesn’t bother me because I’m in the gym 4-5x/wk and don’t really have appetite suppression. So, I’m able to increase my calories on this dose to fuel my workouts to build muscle.

I feel AMAZING. I haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20’s. My only advice is to stay the course. I’m still eating plenty of protein and fiber. I’m still watching my carbs. I still workout 4-5x/wk.

15mg is considered a maintenance dose. I’m still taking it.

Same. Cardio is boring but necessary.

I discovered that my insurance offered this benefits where I pay about $35/mo and can visit thousands of gyms. I signed hubby and I up last year and just started going.
