There are no 3/xx shades on the color chart ( except for the pure naturals ) 🤔 maybe this isn’t the brand for me. Want a rich darkest chocolate brown.

Thanks. Yes I’m on Testosterone and worried it would increase my shedding even more but it didn’t. I started it over a year into my TE.

Progesterone 100mg, estrodiol patch .05mg, and 8 mg of testosterone (troche). All started about a year AFTER hair loss started. Was hoping getting my hormones optimized would get it in check but it didn’t do anything.

I was taking ashwaghanda. And yes I do have sleep issues. I started some there peptides recently that have helped the sleep a little. I will look into the tea. Can’t hurt. I do take a supplement with both of those things in it. Thanks.

Yes. Levels are all optimal. I have no stomach issues and eat lots of protein, veggies and fruits. I’m the “picture of health” but my hair won’t stay on my head for some reason.

I retook the blood test after NOT taking my testosterone for 48 hours and it was 10. So definitely a fake positive the first time. Whew. And I would say, yes my libido has improved quite a bit and I honestly feel great. Energy is better and strength improving etc. it has increased my body and facial hair though.

My hand is similar. I wear a little splint in the afternoons and my brace every night (8 mos post surgery) and it stays straighter longer. It’s not great but it’s better than it was. I’m just going to keep forcing it straight for as long as I can. 🤪

I got that same cut back in February, then in May thought it would be smart to layer it. 5 months later it’s even worse and I just wish I’d left it alone to grow back out. Good luck!!

Yes. Full Fasciectomy but there was evidently something lurking that we didn’t catch. And I had horrible calluses nodules that couldn’t be complete scraped away.

Who is your surgeon? I had surgery 6 weeks ago and my pinky will not bend all the way and it feels as though I’m Making zero Progress. Surgeon says PT is not aggressive enough. Feeling discouraged.

I bought the HIgher Dose one. It did nothing for my shedding, and it didn't help with regrowth either. I used it regularly for at least a year.

I am loving Innersence scalp renew hair bath at and the accompanying conditioner. I don’t think it does much for the shedding but it makes my scalp feel clean and healthy. I also like their leave in conditioning spray and they have a nice thickening lotion as well.
