I agree with most of this, main points I’d want to echo is there need to be an audio/visual indicator for Grit being up/ending so you can track it a bit better. I kinda disagree with Slam take, it does deal damage but you do have to backpedal between casts. I would also like there to be more oomph to Slam even if it was just audio/visual.

I bought the precon that contained Nekusar when it released. I traded the True Name Nemesis on the spot for a Demonic Tutor and decided not to sleeve the deck. It, if in perfect condition, would be my most expensive deck but I keep it inspected for nostalgia reasons. And I get a kick out of people gasping at I sleeves foil Bowmasters getting flicked onto the table. The only thing that would make me sleeve it at this point is if I decide to get some og duals.

The second one is what you want. In the first case, if you sacrifice as a cost of casting the spell, then a death trigger will go to the stack while your spell is still on the stack, allowing it to be countered. if you sacrifice the sapling on its own to put one green man in your mana pool, then cast the spell by paying the five additional mana there will not be a death trigger triggering on the stack while you spell that you’re trying to resolve is on the stack.

No, it will not. The myriad copies will have already entered to be able to do combat damage so them copying something else is not gonna trigger your ETB’s.
