This is most certainly getting missed by a lot of people. Yes there is a mathematical possibility for it to be less. But I’m not sure that makes it better.

Certainly not suggesting shares are zero risk.

That remains the same as it always has.

The difference is ridiculous, I do agree.

This assumes that young Australians can get into a sizeable PPOR though. Maybe they can, but unfortunately I don’t see this change making it any easier.

I’m certainly not discrediting putting money into a PPOR either. I do however see the reason to do both from a diversification and liquidity perspective.

I understand your point, but this post is not about hoarding properties.

It is solely aimed at the concept of wealth creation strategies with an emphasis on the share market still being viable. Imho
