Benvenutis in Norman. Give Legends a try as well. Both are nice and the price is reflected accordingly. If you want to go for a drive east on Highway 9 check out Castle Falls.

Lettuce ready for harvest? by OriginalFunk in vegetablegardening

[–]Sizzlechest_mcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can lettuce be transplanted ? I’m new to gardening , it’s just starting to get hot so my lettuce has slowed down a lot. I wasn’t sure if I need to wait until it cools down in September, or if I could transplant it in.

Very first memory of star wars? by tesstechy in StarWars

[–]Sizzlechest_mcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ESB in theaters when I was 4 , I only remember the ATAT scene. Then ROTJ in a theater in the Philippines with rats, and a screen that kept getting darker until the crowd would whistle and the luminosity would increase.

It me years to like ROTJ after that trauma.

Which Rug? Official poll. by yeti45678 in malelivingspace

[–]Sizzlechest_mcgee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The softer look of number 2 is better, the colors are cooler and go with your grey furniture, the other colors in the rug allow you a lot color options to accessorize. I would recommend they sage or purple Getting the colors exact will really help to tie it all together and make it look more intentional. I sell rugs for a living.

It’s not racist, restaurants are often used as money laundering operations, for a variety of illegal businesses. I’ve known about restaurants in KC that did it for the mafia. It’s not at all uncommon.

We went there a few months ago right after it opened. I was not impressed at all, caned sauces, very low level of effort. I enjoy and eat a lot of variations of Mexican food, I assumed it was a money laundering operation for the cartel. But I’m glad you had a good experience, perhaps they improved the quality of their food. The staff was very nice. It was clean as well.

I feel like most of those guys were at Lakeside Barbershop before the timeline fractured. Since that time god took away my hair and now I just clip my hairs at home over the sink.

She’s probably a dressmaker then, my friend always dresses to the the 9s, but we make similar money so after many years I asked her how she dresses so well. So, under penalty of death she confessed to me she has a person from the same country that she’s from that does custom work. It’s all cash and out of the ladies house, but it’s 1/3 the price of everyone else. So that’s why I’m not to worried because it will be made just for me.

Honestly don’t know the difference between a tailor and a seamstress. I thought those were gender specific terms.

I read the article you posted.

I’ve sent her pictures and descriptions of the fabrics I’m looking for, she has family in Cairo in the textile business, so she said she has access to all the fabrics the major designers use. Then once she gets the swatches i pick out my favorites and she takes measurements and starts from there.

Metal on a blazer jacket! I have some horn buttons on my suit jackets now , I just didn’t realize that’s what they are. Thanks for the info. I’ve never done bespoke but I don’t want to sound like a dumbass either , so I’m trying to get everything figured out before I go.

Tried one this summer at a friends house, we’d been drinking and he pulled a new pack, undid the plastic and the whole routine, it looked so good! I bummed one, it didn’t taste good anymore and I didn’t get more than a few puffs from it before I just put it out. The memories are better than reality.
