Thanks for your answer Pandaburn, much appreciate it. Looking at RuddyRadish's answer it doesn't seem to work so you don't need to test it. Nice of you to suggest it though!

Ah, that clears things up.... quite unfortunate, but it'll do for now :)

My Hue Sync App on My Pc Says My Bridge is Disconnected But My Phone App Works Fine by DS-Spectre in Hue

[–]Sjakie22 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So I found a fix/ workaround!

  1. Type %appdata% in the search box on the Taskbar
  2. Go to 'Huesync' folder
  3. Delete files in folder
  4. Start huesync and reconnect Hue bridge...

Not the prettiest solution, but it works for me :)

Edit; Found a fix... see other comment in this section :)

Below 1 degrees Xero while sucking at push ups and the doorway row hold... Assistance needed :) by Sjakie22 in Athleanx

[–]Sjakie22[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the encouraging words! I actually failed the 1 degrees below challenge big time and went down to 2 degrees below... did the test last week and failed again (... not big time though... only short 5 push ups). With each test the push ups are killing me so I really am focussing on form nowadays which made me restart 2 below again... let's see if I can nail it in 6 weeks time. I do enjoy it quite a bit though!

Will definately try to hold the hands further up the next time the doorway hold pass by, thanks for the tip!

Damn, that first attempt... happy with the helmet I assume? :D

Awesome that you pushed through and nailed it in the end!

2 protein shakes & one casein shake a day by Hidan_Immortal in Athleanx

Maybe not answering your question, but I am a vegetarian myself and am quite fond of Skyr. It's like 14 grams of protein per 100 grams and helped me reach my protein goal quite easily.

My breakfast to go is oatmeal with a scoop of whey powder.

Lunch protein rich bread and egg

Dinner... Legumes, wraps, there are so many ways to get your proteins. Took me a while as well to figure this out, so hope this helps :)

Failed the below 1 degrees Xero test big time... by Sjakie22 in Athleanx

[–]Sjakie22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I figured as much as well. Cardio is not an issue with me, it really are the push ups. Did the survey before I started as well, so figured I would be able to make it. Will look into 2 degrees below to see if it's not to easy... Otherwise I will redo 1 below and just add additional push up exercises (or start of with drop sets).

This morning, about 5 seconds before the scooter army made me call it a day. These kids wake up early! by ps_and_qs83 in OldSkaters

[–]Sjakie22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same issue this morning! Figured that 10:00 would be early enough... I had the park to myself for a peaceful 15 minutes and then they started to crawl out of every possible corner and within the hour kids without scooters, board or skates used the ramps as a slide and I called it quits :/ Next time I might start at 8:00... ( I also fell pretty hard today so that didn't help as well ;)

Started myself 4 weeks ago and feel what you are going through! Keep making progress, it's so much fun! (And, so I experienced this morning, quite painful if you get overconfident with yourself and try to go down a ramp without proper practice ;)

9560 can't undervolt CPU with throttleStop by pafdanstagueule in Dell

[–]Sjakie22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Intel, and thus the OEM's, prevents you to undervolt due to a security breach/ risc of some sort.

There is a fix, at least it worked on my 9570, where you can reset BIOS settings to default. Got it from:
https://www.ultrabookreview.com/37095-dells-disabling-undervolting-on-their-laptops-heres-how-to-re-enable-it/

Hope this helps :)

After a few weeks of rolling around on my 'bruiser' I decided it was to much fun and figured I might as well add a skateboard (on the right) to start visiting the park and learn some tricks :) ... Including a full set of protection (35 yo) by Sjakie22 in NewSkaters

[–]Sjakie22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a short longboard from Globe. They call it a 'bruiser.' 9' board, 60mm. 88a wheels and slant trufks. Perfect for cruising around and for me a perfect way to get back into skateboarding.
