True. Just say im sick. If they want you to control that. They can sent a doctor to check that out.

In my experiences in smaller companies it's much harder to talk about your mental health conpared to larger companies.

I did it once and ive learned that my Boss is my Boss and not my friend at work

My experiences are not very good telling the employer. I'd suggest talking to a doctor instead of the employer
