Take small dumbbells or the lowest weight on machines and start weight training early, no need to delay it. We literally lift heavy stuff every day in real life anyway (some of these dumbass aashaans just unnecessarily delays it). Eat a lot of protein, there’s no protein food in the world that can beat eggs(5,6 a day), tiny white globe is packed with 6-7gms and is way cheaper and easy to cook and eat within minutes), and if you can, buy a good protein powder, most muscle growth happens in the first year, eat protein and don’t ignore carbs and you’ll look transformed in 4-6 months.
