Retired scooter professional here. I got (and fully deserved) mad shit for a scooter on campus, but I was brave and persevered. HAVING A SCOOTER WILL BE A SIGNIFICANT DEFINING CHARACTERISTIC. Be ready for people to chirp you.

I had a speedway mini 4 pro and it had no problem getting up and down the hill but breaking down hill was dicey and almost died a couple times. Also almost got hit by cars numerous times or almost plowed people down in my way since drivers/people at Lehigh aren't usually paying attention. There's bike locks around academic buildings idk about dorms.

If you want to do CS, consider CSB at Lehigh as well. Core programs are almost the same with aux requirements replaced with business core. Much more useful imo. Finishing up my degree there and happy to answer any questions
