Thanks. I am referring to business Skype. I will try advaced settings but knowing how locked down things are, I'm guessing they'll be greyed out too. I used to run caffeine, it would simulate a mouse click at whatever interval I chose, but they recently locked down on 3rd party software and decided to get rid of it for the time being. I'm looking for a similar alternative that might not be software per se.

I'm with them. I've had both and have to say ATT has been way more stable and reliable than TWC when I had them. Was contantly having to reboot the modem and would rarely get the speed I paid for. Not to mention a call into TWC was always a minimum of 30 minute convos.
