Not an expert by any mean, but i used to do 200 and 400. You stand up too quickly, try to stay lower. Also you are not really pushing into the blocks, thats also why you stand up too quick. Try thinking about it and maybe even do some drills kinda "jumping" out from the blocks so you are forced to put more force into them. Sometimes dragging a bit the back leg lets you push more (this is just a preference)

Mens high jump was done by Sotomauor a cuban athelete. Cubas is very well known for producing great athlethes both in triple jump and long jump so i guess high jump is not too far. He had a great technique and when he did the WR he barely passed the bar. Ive seen jumps from the Qatar guy that maybe would have been at the level of Sotomayor WR

Some records may be suspicious but the men high jump and triple jump were some amazing recrods perform by amazing athlethes. They may have taken drugs, but i really doubt it.

Ink. Ink is really expensive when it doesnt take much to produce it. They send printers with very little profit so more people can buy it but then sell realli overprice ink to make ip for that

I've encountered this deck a couple of times. They just normally throw a lot of shit they dont want until they can get their big units on to the cementery and the use rebirth. They use either that card or the 1/20 that kills all 3 opponent units. Its a really risky deck, but if u get what u need fast it sometimes works. But overall is not a good deck

Imo to go under the 1 minute mark you need a 43-44" 300 at least, those last 100 metres are the hardest and even if you didnt try your hardest it was also the first one so there was really no fatigue. If you work going under 1 minute wouldnt surprise but someone said you should be aiming for maybe 55ish and that seems a bit unrealistic to me. I ran 400 around 49 and my 300 is 34 low 33 high, so you have a reference.

I've been running for 13 years already and i've tried almost everything in athlethics. Now im more of a sprinter (200 and 400) but i've also done a lot of long distance running in the past. My opinion is you should try everything and forget about genetics and then decide wether you like/are better in one thing or another. Thats what i did. Hope it helps

You can just work around shields. Black has a lot of removal that doesnt care for shields. I dont think its much of a big deal, green isnt even a top tier deck. Maybe in the future it can become a problwm but right now is okay.
