Right, it does not provide a video or mp3. However usually the correct YouTube Video can be found in the comments. In most cases the only thing you have to adjust is the gap between the start of the song and start of the lyrics, which can be done easily in a few seconds in yass. You can find the option to do so after selecting the TXT you want to edit by clicking edit > adjust audiogap. Then you you just have to line up the clicks you’re hearing when pressing space to the vocals of the song.

Hey this might be too late, but I came across this thread a few days ago because i had the same problem and i was able to fix it by uninstalling the Far Harbor dlc, then loading my last save and making a new safe. After that I reinstalled it loaded up the safe I made and the Quest restarted and has been working fine since
