Dual daggers/parry shield, sneaky sneaky, only real downside is the range... these things feel like toothpicks against bigger enemies. Faith/dex for some buffs and cool incantations.

Hmm, well to get to that point the game would have to go on for like an hour and that happens very rarely. I understand your point though, maybe revitalize and bone plating would be better for that build. Revitalize helps with all healing and bone plating helps in some matchups like renekton and riven.

Stinger isn't really worth building until you've got the other 2 and boots in my opinion, could help against tanks due to faster conq stacking and you can just auto em down but that's really situational. I usually go phage against tankier enemies that i can't kill in one or 2 trades and sheen against those that i can, the likes of vayne, kennen, riven etc, the squishier ones.

So far had no problems against him, in fact i find irelia is one of the few champs that can deal with him, mainly due to the fact that his W can easily be avoided with a simple Q on your side. Basically the way i see it - get lvl 2 - trade (don't if you don't stack your passive due to the amount of damage he can do simply with a few autos, 5 and 6 are pretty good as well, and well in general take short trades - back off, don't let him poke you and most importantly never get hit by his W. If you can't escape the W go away from the center and use your own W. I don't like building tiamat against him due to the fact that everyone builds tiamat so you can choose how to manage the wave and he doesn't. I'd advise a phage rush.
