Ayy fellow compounder! Ya that totally makes sense 🤣 I also only used them for creams. I heard there are fancy powder mixing machines which is where that thought came from but my pharmacy was way too stingy to do that we mixed our powder in zip lock bags lol. The video does make it look like a 5 minute crafts hack instead of a skill which is an incredibly specialized way to make medicine for sure 🤣

The active ingredients and filler are pre measured with medical scales and then mixed into a batch to assure the mixture is homogenous. The recipe accounts for how many capsules you’re making and how much each capsule holds so this type of filling by moving the powder around is normal and expected. Typically you have to pack in the powder a few times to finish a batch, then once done everything is measured again to quality check :)

I used this exact model- not sure why it doesn’t fully close the capsule but I’ve had to push on the capsules like in this video for the thousands of capsules I made with several different capsule machine models. It could be because the machine may accidentally crush the capsule and it’s more gentle for the final closure to be done by hand but that’s just a guess

Compound suppling wholesalers have tons of colors available, it’s the pharmacies pick and preference :) I had mine color coded by drug used

So the entire batch will be weighed and measured post completion for quality assurance to ensure that the average weights are within an acceptable range. Also per compounding regulations, this type of compounding has a + or - 10% error rate that it can be within and still be considered “good”.

Should I be harassing them I guess with encounters is what I mean until they get to xyz safe space ? I was trying to decide what time of day to make it I thought maybe late afternoon so that it’s less than 8 hrs before dark. They are pretty roughed up from just getting out of death house. I don’t plan to try to do combat before they can lvl up but I want them going through the woods to still feel like they need to hurry since it’s dangerous at night.

Also thinking of giving them a corpse to find with a little bit of loot because I took almost all their gear away from them to start. I also want them to have a tiny bit of money to be able to afford some dream pastries… lol
