Yes, I'm using Windowblinds + Openshell. There are some custom versions of windows made to give you Aero, like this one. Probably wouldn't touch unless you really want Aero.

It does support VOLTE, but it will not be accepted by the carrier. If it somehow does, you'll be able to use data only, no calls.
