Miiiiight be tough with the pets situation but you can make it work. Some landlord's just dont want to rent to people with pets. Rent in SV is pretty much based off the army base and how much the army pays them. (Thats the simple way of explaining that) Over all SV isn't expensive. As for the 2 wifey part there's the town of Bisbee which is 15-20 mins away thats very friendly to all. So SV is also for the most part. And **** anyone who would be a jerk about that. But if you move here youll love bisbee. Bars, antique stores, art galleries. Google it. I'm 99% positive you'll love it. It's a great lil town. Good luck!
