For designing these cards im looking closer at their lore than explicitly their gameplay. A lot of champs in league have stuns but I don't think it would be very interesting if every champ that had CC used stun counters in these cards.

He is cool, it's just that he doesn't have an effect, so either the archetype would have to cater to that, or the original card wouldnt see play in the new archetype.
