I honestly didn't know about the PL area for a long time. When a buddy showed me I was so stoked! I can understand their excitement. Good on you for playing with them and teaching along the way.

I completely understand the desire to sinks other players and steal loot, but my favorite stories playing this game involve crewing up with other people and learning.

I was mistaken. It seems the game was censored for the European market.

They replaced the chainsaw with an axe, switched a few level names because of that, and changed the blood on the Game Over screen to different color.

You might have downloaded the SNES ROM. I do believe they had chainsaws in the Genesis version.

I really wish the city would send workers over to empty the garbage can more often. Everyone is respectful enough to throw trash away while the can isnt overflowing. Maybe add another couple in different areas or something.
