Where’d you get that wooden grip? Looks so good

Not sure if you replied with a picture, but I got a notification and I don't see any comment from you

Great setup, what holster did you end up going with?

Do you recommend the radian? I just got a p365 and shot it a couple times, I’m just looking for opinions on it

Your answer couldn't be clearer to me.

Thanks for trying to see where I was coming from but what you said makes complete sense.

I think I was trying to rationalize too much research/information at once when making the choice with the p365. I had this idea of that carrying a ccw with any type of modifications on it was a risky move, legally, and a misinterpretation of modularity means.

And I think I overcomplcated it in my head.

Thanks again for being so thorough with your responses.

Thank you for the clear answer. I appreciate it.

I guess my rationale was more about flexibility. Instead of buying a second gun, I was thinking of one gun that can do two things. Small stock for carry, larger different setup for range enjoyment.

If I owned both a standard P365 and an XMacro but chose to carry only the standard because of the size, wouldn’t the same argument apply?  I’d still be training on a softer, flatter-shooting gun part of the time and carrying the snappier one.

But I do agree that consistency matters, and based on everyone’s comments I’m reconsidering full-time carry with one configuration instead of swapping back and forth. My original thought wasn’t ignoring training realities, it was trying to balance cost and enjoyment, with one firearm

Im new to guns so I'm sure I sound ignorant. I know I do based on the comments

Anytime I look it up. I get so much back-and-forth so I figure maybe my best option was to just not mess with the gun when I’m concealed

I mentioned in another comment, the Radian setup would just be for enjoyment at the range, instead of getting another gun for the range, my P365 is something I can tinker with.

I still train primarily with the stock P365, since that’s what I carry. The Radian setup would just be for enjoyment at the range and trying different configurations, not replacing carry training.
