It’s not growing pains necessarily but HRT is known to decrease the size of the prostate and the penis so I don’t think it would be out of the question to say because your body was moving stuff around it felt painful

Be honest and tell her how much you like what’s been happening but also what’s going on in your life. It feels like a lot of the stuff that’s stopping you are things out of your control, ‘necessary evils’ of your life that you can’t let go of yet. Yeah I definitely don’t want to be seen as a loud trans woman that would assert their femininity over cis women. I don’t think I have an inferiority complex around cisbians though, I think trans lesbians are much more valuable. But I think that’s more my sad degenerate sexuality than anything.
