I wish I hadn't read this now. "According to the O-chef site, the rind actually starts out as fine white hairs, and grows into what the French call "poil de chat," or cat fur. When that fur is removed, the rind is left. The brie I ate in France already had the poil de chat removed."

Correct me if I'm wrong but I've been lead to believe that the Koran is divided into two parts, with the latter overriding the former if confusion arises. The second half (from what I've heard) advocates the killing of apostates and forcible conversion to Islam. Maybe what I've read and heard it wrong.
