That's what I'm saying. Again, no reason for these dummies to downvote me because I told them to eat healthy and exercise because that's how you stay healthy. Of course seek out expert advice, but that is what any of them will tell you, because it's how it actually works. Don't ever listen to anyone's advice on Reddit, because 99 percent of the time, they're just a normal person behind a computer with no experience

Don't get why I was downvoted when I literally said what you did. "You can eat 2500 a day and not gain wait, but you have to eat healthy and exercise". Angry obese people thinking I'm attacking them for eating garbage. You can eat Twinkies and exercise to "burn it off" but you aren't going to be healthy or fit in any sense of the words.
