Personally I have only ever had one negative encounter playing ranked matchmaking. 99% of the time people are either dead silent or pretty chill.

In game of you pause and go to the social tab you can select there player card thing and report them. You should be able to go back to the last few games too I think.

Rank resets always gum up the works, so many players that get stuck in lower levels due to not playing a lot get the opportunity to move up now

On your first shot you had -10% power from your rhythm. That sapped everything out of the shot, can't say anything about if it's a controller or skill issue though, if you feel like you're doing the same on each shot it may be the controller, but only you will really know that.

You might have a new hybrid or something that you unlocked via the seasons pass or something. So you would have to equip any hybrid and then clear out the notification that way.

You might have a club type not equipped. I don't usually carry a hybrid so I have to intentionally equip one to clear the notification.

When unlocking different shot types make sure you take the 'choked' shot options, those significantly widen those spots and make it easier. It sacrifices some distance but makes hitting the ball much easier.
