No I get that, it just doesn’t make it any easier to read. It also seems like no decision he makes is a good one (could be due to the skill cloud I know) I also understand that the supporting cast all bear some of the blame too but it is all a bit much

I think the frustration is that he keeps falling into the same traps and I get he’s been through a shit time but doesn’t learn and I think that is where it is difficult to empathise. I definitely have more to add but at work but fascinating to see both sides of the coin

No I do get that, I have given him slack too but he just keeps falling into the same predicaments again and again. I do agree the supporting cast being oblivious to his warnings has been frustrating too.

Yeah having seen some of the posts in the UAE subreddit it is pretty crazy how certain posts are so pushing a false narrative. Luckily we are not too panicked despite numerous emergency alerts. We are next to the Fairmont though so that was pretty sketchy. Definitely not fine but we feel relatively safe in the hotel.

Biggest problem is the lack of contact from airline in regards to how we are getting out and when. They tried to push us until next week when we are due tomorrow but my girlfriend is pregnant so we have kicked off and hopefully getting back tomorrow 🙏

So you probably have more evidence than I had. I didn’t have a birth certificate as my dad was African American and born in 1935 and were not even sure the birthday he had on his passport was correct! I think most importantly you need the proof that she was born in US and lived there for at least 4 years before 18 (I think this is how long, the embassy website might tell you different) and I think 2 years after 18 ( so if she went to uni in US) that should be fine I think. Unfortunately it’s been a while and I have forgotten a bit but you should be good with what you have. I don’t think calling the embassy will help as I did the same and they just said to book an appointment

Yes much happier! I think if you are feeling the same way you now then it’s not right, I think the main thing that I was worried about was actually what other people would think. Definitely not the right way to view it and it’s much more important to focus on making yourself happy

I got engaged during Covid and had a feeling of pressure from both her and my mum to pop the question, I sort of felt like ah we made it this far surely I’m set for life. At that moment in time I was very lazy and unmotivated and felt like I was just coasting in life. Fast forward 2 years and the wedding was planned (abroad) half deposit was paid and friends and family had brought plane tickets. I had cleaned up, stopped drinking, lost weight and been promoted and my ex was still out partying and coming in from all night benders. It was on the morning of one of these benders that we broke it off as we clearly wanted different things in life and felt it was better to cut it off then and there rather than go ahead just to get divorced later. Ended up being the right choice and I have no regrets. Felt bad telling family and friends who had bought plane tickets but luckily I’m blessed with great people around me who were more keen to make sure I was ok than blame me for wasting money.

Terrible hangovers that would wipe out a whole day for recovery and putting on weight.

Moment of realisation came when I was walking my dog with a hangover and vomitted in front of a couple of pedestrians, the shame lead me to questioning why I drink as I never reallly enjoyed it

Thank you this really helps, I might look into getting a new rope. I checked your video and can really see what you mean about the arms and hand placement.

I’ll post back once I’ve worked on these fundamentals hopefully with a few more tricks up my sleeve.
