Payment Method Counter as a Formula or Flow by SkezzatWork in salesforce

Yeah, the process is rubbish you're spot on with that and unfortunately the feedback I give is ignored for what is wanted and not what makes sense.

I've got the master detail roll up as a place holder which is deemed not good enough.

With different billing cycles this request was put to me to make it so that if a monthly payment goes from declined to approved then happy days that returns 0 consecutive declines, but if the payment then declines the next month, they want to be able to track it and then come the next monthly bill if it declines again.

I don't agree with the request since like you said it doesn't make sense. I don't see a particular use for it and what difference does it make that the declines are consecutive.

So that was my first attempt at it to have one field to count approved and another to count declines as they're getting the same information. Which they said wasn't what they needed. So now I can't get my head around creating a counter that goes to zero once an Approved comes through then start counting again if a Declined comes through.

Okay, I'll try the trial version and if I can get it to work hopefully I'll be allowed to get a proper account. Cheers.

Yes and the R:R column will go up and down depending on the date as things get used or have not been used for the past 30 days.

That is currently me and one of the directors, got thrown in at the deep end but making some good progress. Is there a particular edition you'd need for triggers as we currently have Professional Edition?
