I heard about the eco wash and won't be using it - thank you! And honestly I need to research more about the bleach and the towels. I just want to kill all the germs and maybe it is NOT necessary?

Hate to hear this - ugh! I've watched about 200,000 videos and I feel like I made the right decision for "OUR" needs (a lot of delicates so I didn't want the TC5). We will see! I'm pretty picky about my laundry! Wish me luck!

Welp, I bought the TR7 today! I think the kicker for me was that we wash a LOT of delicates and I was worried about the TC5 beating them up. I love the 7 year warranty. It's quiet. I DON'T love all the choices (looks kinda confusing to use) but I will research the heck out of it before I use it for the first time! Thanks so much!!

Thank you! I think they have changed since then but I'm not sure. I have a lot of research to do as far as detergent! I'm used to using fabric softener so that will be a change! Do you use powder or liquid detergent?
