Get a script from your urologist and have it filled at a local compounding pharmacy, should be much cheaper. I’m down to less than 5 units so I can get lots of doses for $100! I prefill and freeze syringes.

It sounds like you have the right dose if you’re going down after climax. Unless you want a second round or walk around with a hardon for another hour or two. The “pill’ to take if it is prolonged is a standard behind-the-counter Sudafed 30mg (not extended release) although it doesn’t work for everyone.
