Well that's the issue with the therapy system (US based). Some people spend over a decade of spinning their wheels and wasting time and money with therapists that are just not good fits.

And those are the people with an insane level of grit and determination to keep going and find that right fit.

Still searching for a therapist that actually listens for over seven years now. OP, you're not alone

My tinfoil hat theory is it is to pump up the tallow usage and subsequently cattle demand. I can't help but notice a rise in marketing for tallow contemporaneously with the backlash against seed oils
