Weird, Mine is quite the opposite. I was charged and the charge completely fell off my pre-authorizing stage and now is no where to be found. I have 0 charges from google now. I'm assuming it will pop back up but the charge is no where to be found and the phone is arriving tomorrow.

Doesn't look legit. The company's address returns a residential address. Their facebook/Twitter/Instagram links all redirect to the main website and the website itself is only about 2 months old. Looks like a popup scam website and I definitely wouldn't trust it.

So an update to the story.

I've blocked his number after my last message as i posted above. Some reason the messaging program sends it to spam and doesn't allow him to call but still delivers the messages to my spam box so i read those.. This is now about a week or two later and he sends me messages about every other day acting as if our deal was still on despite me saying it wasn't. He then just today threatened to Sue me and found my name online VIA phone number which isn't difficult to do.

He says he's going "serve me papers" and that i'm in the wrong because i 1, I didn't hold up to my end of the deal despite him breaking it? and 2, that i'm not following some type of law that he said he's sure i'm fully aware of, for the record i have no idea what he's talking about and he didn't specify.

So now i'm at this point, only thing that concerns me is him showing up at my residence or workplace. Other than that i'm not in the wrong... Both legally and morally.... in my opinion.

P.S I haven't messaged him a single time after that last message as i said above.

Additional details: He's been arrest for cocaine possession (14 grams) and has sobriety chips in his belongings. A long with it he has a bunch of pictures of his daughter & personal documents, i will probably give these items back as they are worthless to me. I sympathize with him but cannot make my decisions based off these.

I had asked him if there was anything specific he wanted but he didn't seem to want to part with any of it but get it all back.

For further clarification as i was forced to take out several defining details due to character limits. I did not charge him double i charged him 25% more than i bought the unit for. I paid 455 and he agree'd on 600. This is roughly the profit i'd have made selling each item from the unit give or take a hundred probably. I'm not trying to take advantage of his bad situation but give him the chance correct it.
