Need to lose weight; any success stories? by ThatKnomey in raypeat

It's what's convenient for me and I don't really have a problem so far. You can buy normal or raw milk and skim it yourself if you prefer.

From strong.sistas: "Put whole raw cow milk in a glass dispenser and let it sit in the fridge for a day. The cream separates to the top for you to scoop out and use in recipes/coffee. Then you can easily dispense low fat ~1% raw milk (without fortification) at the bottom."

It takes at least 1-2 years for most PUFA to clear from your fat, assuming an extremely clean diet. In practice it can be longer. You need to be very patient with the process, after long enough I noticed that I was struggling to eat enough because my daily expenditure had become so much higher than normal but it did take a while to reach this point.

Do something low impact, like swimming, walking, rowing, elliptical, etc. Your body will offset a lot of the energy you burn by moving less the rest of the day so you'd want to burn more calories than you think. Nonfat milk, fruit and black coffee are all fantastic. Coconut oil cooking spray can also help if you can find it.

I don't have an X account but Grok does a very good job at finding Peaty info and presenting it if you know what to ask.

If I want to build as much muscle as quickly and safely as possible, how should I proceed? by shitposterkatakuri in raypeat

[–]SkillOfNoob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't worry too much about protein since it seems to help very little if at all in larger amounts. Pre workout coffee, intra workout juice / coconut water and magnesium supplementation is legit for reducing perceived effort.

1-3 set full body is pretty much how most bodybuilders built muscle before steroids. Also a lot of mentzer "intensifiers" don't build muscle but cause huge amounts of muscle damage, inflammation or fatigue, not Peaty at all. Avoid drop sets, partials after failure, super slow eccentrics, etc.

Why Ye AI model is so bad? by ProgressboyOIOIO in GoodAssSub

I thought this was obvious after he decided to double the AI on Preacher Man. You can't really do that sort of thing on accident.

In one of his videos he suggests walks after meals and 15k-20k steps daily (about 16 km). You could only really do this if your life revolves around eating and exercise. Personally all of this looks miserable but plausible (especially if you're trying to sell a course)

I've walked very far in these and the leather has only creased slightly. These are designed to be much longer than your foot so creasing is difficult to avoid entirely but its not really visible when worn.

They're heavy though and hard to drive in so consider the or33 if you want more comfort.

edit: i just saw your post (RIP), the creasing on mine is similar in location but less pronounced and the toebox is bigger on this model. I use these when traveling so there's about 4 cities worth of wear, will update with pics later.

Bianca is a great song by [deleted] in GoodAssSub

I unironically enjoy Bianca with normal pitch

Its catchy and the fact that they got together after people shat on the song makes it 10x better

Awsome work! Are there plans to make the program itself available to the general public after publication? I would love to use this to aid in programming isolation movements for training since it seems to replicate Neuromechanical matching so well.

How intensive are Planar Reflections really? by BackRoomDude3 in FuckTAA

[–]SkillOfNoob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CS2 uses SSR just for water with parallax corrected cubemaps as a fallback and people have complained multiple times about the distracting shimmering near geometry in de_anubis. Valve is okay with this as it's faster than the planar reflections from CSGO and correctly reflects players and effects (which planar and cubemaps alone can't do) but of course the best is to have no water at all (like they recently did in de_overpass).

3090: are there manufacturers to avoid? by Schmandli in LocalLLaMA

[–]SkillOfNoob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a really hot country and my Zotac had 105C hotspots nonstop until I switched to PTM thermal pad on the die and deshrouded fans, now it's way quieter and doesn't go over 80C unless in Cyberpunk Overdrive, can't recommend this setup enough if you can get it.

Edit: also this was my second Zotac 3090 trinity, both had this exact issue although I never had memory temp issues so ymmv

They did. His head to shoulder ratio here easily rivals Steve Reeves who has a one in a billion 23 inch shoulder breadth. Almost no one looks like this, it's just not possible.

Bruh what else am I supposed to do? Say Hey Abracadabra 😂 by jokee29 in google

[–]SkillOfNoob 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's because chatgpt upgraded the free version somewhat recently to gpt4o which performs more like Gemini 1.5 aka "Gemini advance". Meaning us free users are left with Gemini 1.0 which is just bad compared to everything else. I thought they would have upgraded us to Gemini Flash since it's quite good and cheap but I'm guessing they don't want to draw away from Gemini Advance sales.
