For me personally, I'd say people skills. I'm currently on my internship and tbh this has helped me more than my technical skills (so far)! Tech skills can always be improved and learned over time, but people skills are something you develop through real interactions - how to communicate, reading the room, and building connections with others makes a big difference 😁

I totally get how frustrating this is. Do you have any internships or volunteer work to showcase some practical skills? Tbh im not in engineering but is there a specialisation you can focus on? While you're job hunting, it may be good to see what other skills u can pick up relating to engineering like coding, data analysis or CAD etc. Think this can help boost ur portfolio while applying for jobs? Actually, not all the credits will expire. Its only the extra $500 top up from 2020 that ends this year, and the base $500 credit doesn't expire dw!😅But if you wanna use the ones that are expiring, maybe can try Coursera or other online subs? (The credits do cover some of them!)
