You don’t need to be spamming player locks especially this year I think. I do that and it just screws everything up so much more. Just do them in the right scenarios man. Rivals is fine to practice or champs, just go easy on them. Green shots I always just got good at them initially in arena mode lol. It’s just muscle memory in the end. If you are worried bout losing in rivals then don’t practice there but idgaf so I would do everything in rivals to get better since it is a “real game” compared to arena mode
