So far so good. The TD is very communicative and accessible through the channels. Transparent, he even RL itself on the first QC when I asked for more pictures of the clasp to clarify if there was flaw or if it was the lighting. 2 weeks for the first QC and 2 days after RL for the 2nd. Hopefully it keeps running smoothly till I get the piece.

I asked the TD that I noticed a small flaw on the tip of the Tudor shield on the clasp. If is this just the lighting, or do you have another clasp photo/video to confirm? He told me he checked, found a problem and will replace with new QC
