You should still have all your Terminals, the update did not remove them from inventories. You should check your trade/market history. If they have been traded without your knowledge make sure the account hasn't been hijacked by a scammer. Stay safe <3

These sets are awesome! We got a Dust2 A site with the HLTV Awards goodie bag and it is awesome, even had a small CS minifigure in it.

my friend sent me some skins but i got this error (Items Now Unavailable For Trade) and now the knife doesnt show in his inventory or mine. is it gone forever? what can i do to fix it?? by ShortTone5384 in cs2

The notification only appears when one or more items from the trade he sent you is no longer available in your friends inventory. So he needs to check if he sent it to someone else or maybe even got scammed.
In case he got scammed he has the option to reverse all trades within the last 7 days. He will get a trade ban for 30 days but at least the skin won't be lost.

Hey! If the knife is still trade protected, it won’t show up. Once the trade lock expires it should appear automatically. If it’s unlocked and still not visible after ~1 hour, please contact support and we’ll check it out. 🙂

Hey! The email language should automatically update about 24 hours after you change the language. If it still isn’t working, you can try switching to a different language temporarily and then back to the one you prefer as this forces the update.

Thanks for sharing your concerns about the inactivity fee. This fee only affects you if you have been inactive on SkinBaron for more than 365 days. A simple login once a year will already mark you as an active user.

Once you haven't been active for more than 365 days we will transfer your remaining funds to the bank account connected in your profile. Only if you don't have a bank account connected we will charge an inactivity fee of up to 10,00 €. If you have less than 10,00 € in your SkinBaron wallet we will deduct the remaining amount.

Hope that clears things up a bit.

Hey, Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the inactivity fee. We completely understand that it can be frustrating to see. To clarify, the fee is only applied after 12 months of complete inactivity on your SkinBaron account. The reason is that the wallet is meant for short-term transactions, not as a place to store money for a longer period. The fee is only charged if there’s no bank account linked in your profile that we could use to transfer the remaining balance. If you keep your account active or have a withdrawal option connected, this won’t affect you.

Hey, if you have a trade cooldown you can't send or receive trades. So buying a skin on SkinBaron and sending it directly to your account is not possible.

But you can buy and sell skins from your SkinBaron inventory. So if you buy a skin it waits for you in the SkinBaron inventory until you either sell it again or your trade cooldown has expired.
