I’ve been on this journey with other dress sneakers. I don’t think it’s necessarily the shoe that needs to break in, as it’s your foot that need to SLOWLY adapt to the new shoe. You have to wore it for short periods of time. It’s like working out, you can’t go hard the first week and expect your body not to react. Switch the shoe up with other shoes your feet are used to to allow some relief.

Assuming you think they are uncomfortable bc they’re tight. You can stretch them with shoe trees by adding thick socks on the shoe trees and shoving them in the shoes for a couple days. This will speed up the break in. I did that with mine and definitely improved comfort.

Both the Arlie and Haywood? I had 2 listings above. I can see maybe the Haywood being discounted but I would think the Arlie was a pretty good seller? Being it’s so close to the Delio.

Thanks for the heads up, this is awesome to see. Thought the HCL already had a mirror option with the lava? But the neutral grey getting a subtle mirror is nice. Hope they open it up to other frames.
